Thanks for taking the time to look at my bio and considering me as your English teacher.
My experience teaching English, in Budapest, goes back more than twenty years – starting in a secondary school and later consisting of individual and group lessons at corporate offices, privately and at various language institutions. The ages of my students have ranged from teens to semi-retired.
The film / photography and advertising world is where I spent my professional years, working on a freelance basis – both in Hungary and Canada. When there were low periods in the industry (and yes, there were many) I taught English. However, I no longer work in the film business and I now teach on a full-time basis.
Whether you’re looking for conversational English practice, grammar review, beginner or advanced lessons, I’m more than happy to speak with you in order to work out a learning schedule that is the most beneficial and productive for you and will help you reach your goals.
Some of my hobbies are music, fitness, wine and languages. I’m always interested in meeting new people and discovering new opportunities – which is how I ended up in Budapest in the first place.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to take the next step and set up a mutually convenient time to meet and discuss your English future.
